Learning and Development Training
The Lean Group Learning and Development team specialise in relationship management, conflict management and performance management training and team building and development.
Our workshops
• Provide you with deep insights into how individuals are motivated and how you can use this understanding to improve team and / or individual effectiveness
• Assist you to understand how best to engage people in delivering changes in behaviour therefore maximising the potential for return on investment in project or capital investments
All of our workshops can be run as one off learning events or as complimentary learning modules to supplement other Lean Group workshops
