"I attended the initial Lean training course with no prior knowledge about lean techniques - but had heard some of my clients rave about the impact of lean, so I had to find out more!
The training day was well structured and took delegates through the terminology and essential lean techniques. It was delivered in a relaxed but informative style and we were up and out of our desks using business games to demonstrate the impact of some of the techniques.
A really good day that has prompted me to look at booking up more training sessions".

I attended the course with open expectations, and was quickly drawn into the understanding of what Lean really is, and how it can be used to benefit organisations.
The day I spent was interactive and allowed me to get the measure of how Lean works using practical easy examples instead of complicated jargon.
The instructor was really experienced and related theory to actual situations and how issues and problems have been solved using Lean.
All in all a good day that left me very motivated to learn more about Lean.
