Six Sigma Green Belt Training Course
Six Sigma Green Belt Training
Our next Six Sigma Green Belt
Certificated Training Course will be held at the Haycock
Hotel, Wansford, Peterborough on the 16th - 18th June
& 14th - 16th July (inclusive).
We have made this an intensive 6 day course in line with the wishes of the majority of
Clients who were reluctant to sponsor Candidates for longer periods away from their work. The course is run in two blocks of 3 days, with a four week period in between for delegates to work on their required projects.
The project can be a real challenge you are facing in
your workplace and it's resolution can help offset your
cost of the course. Help will be given by your Trainer
to select a suitable project.
To facilitate the project phase
of training, our Trainers have agreed to offer Delegates
unlimited, free
email support during the Project Phase.
Our Six Sigma Training is provided by Master Black Belts. They are Global Deployment Champions who originally trained at IBM and Caterpillar and possess in excess of 25 years Global experience in Training & Deployment. They are qualified to train up to Master Black Belt standard.
The Course Schedule is as follows:
Day One and Two - D.M.A.I.C.
The Programme begins with an Introduction to Six Sigma and its place within any
given Organisation. It also covers “Deployment Strategy”, “Defining the Process
and Problem”, and concludes with the determination of “Appropriate Measurable's”.
Day Three – Analysis Part 1
This section of the Programme is Case Study based and considers the analysis
of “Current Process Performance”.
Break of 4 weeks to work on Projects.
Day Four – Analysis Part 2
When “Current Process Performance” is clearly understood, the final part of the
Analysis Phase considers “Process Failure”, the “Determination of Root Cause”
and “Subsequent Improvement”. Day Five – Control & Accreditation
The “Control Phase” of the Programme deals with the “Identification and
Implementation” of suitable “Monitoring Systems” intended to help sustain the “Identified Gains in Performance” and to raise the awareness of any “Potential Process Failure”.
Day Six - Review & Green Belt Exam
We will spend the final day reviewing what we have leaned to date, presenting and discussing the various projects and taking the final examination.
The cost is £1797 (+vat) per
Delegate and includes your course notes each day, unlimited
email support from your Trainer during your Project
Phase and your Green Belt Certificate upon successful
completion of the course.
We provide a buffet lunch each day together with tea coffee & biscuits, each morning and afternoon.
Certificates will
be awarded upon your satisfactory completion of the
Programme.
