Yellow Belt - 3 Day Programme
This Course is suitable for all personnel being considering for involvement in the Six Sigma approach to Improvement.
The Programme covers, Terms and Terminology, Roles and Responsibilities, Strategic Alignment and the DMAIC and DMEDI structure. An introduction to some of the Lean, and Six Sigma Tools and their Application is provided, for example, Process Mapping, Basic Project Management and some Case Studies are also included.

Black Belt Six Sigma - This 4 week Six Sigma Black Belt training course takes place over 16 weeks to allow for the completion of Workplace Projects between Modules. Reasonable free telephone and email support will be provided to Candidates during the interim weeks (click for details).

Deployment Champion - 4 Day Programme
This Programme is suitable for Middle and Senior Management.
The main objectives of this course are to enable Participant’s to Understand, Manage and Deploy Lean and Six Sigma Improvement Projects. The Programme covers, Identifying Project Savings, Project Viability and the relative weighting in relation to other Opportunities. The subsequent Promotion of Selected Projects to the Business. Understanding Roles and Responsibilities, Personnel Development and the Identification of the Appropriate Individual(s) for Role’s, Overcoming Resistance to Change, Change Management, and Deployment Pitfalls.

Project Sponsor - 3 Day Programme
This Programme is suitable for Middle and Senior Management
Project Sponsors are the Individuals charged with the Deployment of Projects. They are responsible for the direction and guidance of “Black Belts who are operating as Internal Consultants/Project Managers. Their Role is to provide Ongoing Direction, Support and Encouragement; they are the link between The “Project” and Senior Management. Modules covered will include, Team Dynamics, Project Chartering, in addition to some element of the Yellow Belt Awareness Programme.

Process Owner - 2 Day Programme
This Programme is suitable for Departmental and Middle Managers
These People are Key to the long term success of any Strategy. They are the Individuals who ensure that the gains identified from any Improvement Opportunities are actually realised. Modules covered, include Sustaining the Gains and Strategic Alignment.

Process Management - 2 Day Programme
This Programme is suitable for Current Project Managers, Managers, and any Individual interested in Personal Development.
This Course is concerned with the Management of Projects (Project Management) it can be applied to Lean, Lean Sigma or any other Project that requires Managing. The Course Content, covers Process Mapping, Team Dynamics, Time Management, Process Measures, Communication Strategies and Overcoming Resistance to Change.

Financial Representative - 2 Day Programme
This Programme is suitable for Finance Directors, Accountants and Accounts Personnel.
The Course is specifically concerned with Businesses who wish to analyse the Financial Impact of Projects and their Deployment. Involving the Finance Team is fundamental when trying to understand the benefits and impact of any Improvement Activity. The Course covers, Identification of Preferred Project’s and their Viability from a Financial Perspective, Business Risk Analysis, Value Stream Mapping and Total Value Acquisition.
