We understand that you would not want to trust your Lean Training to anybody less than an authority on the subject.
As you may have read elsewhere, our primary business is Lean Consultancy. You can learn more about this on our Lean Group web site. Here you will also discover the caliber of the Clients we are working with internationally.
As Lean Consultants, a significant amount of time is taken with educating our Client's personnel in Lean Skills. We have refined this training program over many years to impart the core lean skills, tools and techniques as efficiently as possible... it's the lean thing to do.
Our Open Lean Training Courses came about through public demand. We attract Delegates from many Countries and from diverse businesses, both public and private sectors and both the manufacturing and service industries.
About our Lean Online Trainer
May I introduce you to our Lean Trainer - Richard Watson. As you go through our Training Videos you will get to know Richard very well.
Richard is the Managing Director of The Lean Group. He has a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management and he is a working Senior Lean Consultant and has been so for the past 15 years.
It's this depth of experience that helps Richard bring the subject life. Throughout the videos, you will hear Richard illustrate a point by telling you of his experiences with implementing Lean in real world, true to life situations.
