Delegate Changes: Substitution of delegates can be made at any time, without penalty.
Cancellations: All bookings made through this web site's booking form, or by email or telephone are deemed to be contractually binding.
If a Delegate is unable to attend on the date originally booked, they may substitute the booking for a later date within twelve months of the original booking date without incurring any penalty, providing that the payment terms for the original booking are met and subject to availability. Any interim changes in either Course and/or Accommodation Costs will be chargeable at the prevailing rate.
Course Content: Once a confirmation of booking has been sent to a Client it is deemed that the course content has been agreed, The Lean Group Ltd accepts no liability if the course does not match the requirements of the delegates attending.
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all Delegates are aware of the course objectives, and meet any pre requisites set.
Although we try to be flexible, The Lean Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at short notice, should there be insufficient demand, or events beyond our control making this unavoidable.
Privacy: Your details will always be kept completely confidential and never passed on to any third party. We undertake not to send you any messages not directly concerned with your interest in training.
